When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed after 9.00am AEST Monday – Friday will normally be dispatched on the next business day, as will any orders place on a Public Holiday. All weekend orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. All efforts are made to dispatch your order as soon as possible once payment has been received.
All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices are calculated via standard Australia Postal shipping charges. All parcels are provided with a tracking number.
Shipping within Australia
For all domestic retail orders valued at $100.00 or more Bell Art Australia offers the following reduced shipping charges:
- Regular Parcel Post - Free.
- Express Post - A reduced flat fee of $7.50

Bell Art Australia offers shipping to all international countries, the postage calculation is based upon Australia Post charging regimes. International orders will not be eligible for free shipping.
International orders – taxes and duties
The buyer or receiver is solely responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges relating to the package.
Australian orders are generally delivered within 14 business days by Australia Post. International orders are expected to be delivered within 20 business days. From time to time, Bell Art Australia may not be able to guarantee the delivery time frames set out above.
Bell Art Australia is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Bell Art Australia cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of incorrect shipping details and parcels returned due to incorrect shipping information will incur extra shipping charges to re-post.
Returns and Exchanges
Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. No returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless the items are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. Faulty items must be reported within 7 business days following delivery. Please email us at email@example.com to report faulty items including a photograph of the original postal packaging and the faulty items.
On receipt of a report of faulty items, replacements will be shipped as soon as possible. Alternatively, a Refund will be processed to the relevant Credit Card or PayPal account within 3 business days.
